We have no cancellation and no refund policy on certain services (Please go through below given list). Should you choose to deactivate your account the payment will be forfeited if paid in advance. Hence refunds will be not be provided under any circumstances (except balance in the wallet).
All sales of service are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the all transaction charges that result from those purchases. Kvrpi is not responsible for any purchase of Transaction for an incorrect account number. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account, but a service has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending an email on payment@kvrapi.com or else you can report the transaction from our panel by login. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email with following details like Transaction value, Transaction date time and Transaction ID shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of service then it will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
